Apologies for the delay on our response, now that we have AIS Presence dataset available you can do that using our 4wings report endpoint, see Example 10 https://globalfishingwatch.org/our-apis/documentation#example-10-post-report-ais-vessel-presence-by-region-grouped-by-vessel-type-json and sending by region id 8478 (Angola).

After running that request, you can use Vessel API to get more details about the vessel sending the vessel_id https://globalfishingwatch.org/our-apis/documentation#get-list-of-vessels-filtered-by-ids
