Review each VMS datasets to ensure they have all necessary fields

We need to review each VMS system to make sure that it is as easy as possible to join the positions to identity/registry information for that VMS system.
Currently this appears to be a significant issue for Brazil, but may be an issue for other VMS systems. 
This slack message illustrates how difficult it is to join Brazil VMS positions to the Brazilian registry. It appears that this is in part due to the fact that when we process the raw_onyxsat_api_all_vessels_v20210812 to generate the pipe_brazil we lost codMarinha field, which is the link between registry and positions
. 
This should be fixed and we should review other VMS systems to make sure similar issues are not present. This really limits the ease of using VMS data.
