Data downloaded from the CLS THEMIS platform doesn't upload into the map as the timestamp format () isn't accepted. Converting the datetime format using is likely too much of a barrier for most map users. In excel, if you use text to column and select date in DMY then change the date format to yyyy-mm-dd it will upload.
