Timebar - Showing local time

Feedback
"It would be interesting if the time bar could show local time and/or night/day, or nautical dawn/nautical dusk. This is useful when reviewing tracks for a number of cases. Did the fishing event or fishing set occur at night or during the day or at dawn? Did the squid vessel have slow speeds at night and potentially fish, suggesting our 'night loitering' fishing algorithm is missing events and may need to be retuned? Did the encounter/loitering event occur at night/dawn/dusk?"

A local fishing expert from Panama suggested it would be worth having the option to display local time in the labelling tool. Currently it is on UTC, but, for some gears in certain regions, knowing the local time will help discern between actual fishing activity and other behaviours (as fishing occurs in particular times of the day).
The same local expert suggested it would be great to display dawn and dusk hours, as again, it might help distinguish fishing activity for certain gears. I have included an example here of another website for visualization. Notice the dark shade grey for night and light grey for dawn/dusk in the tidal plots. Be able to switch from US date/time format to alternatives. For me that would be AUS/UK dd/mm/yyyy
