When uploading points and track data there is currently insufficient guidance on the format of the data. The user guide would benefit from a better written data description and some examples of data format.

e.g.

column named 'latitude' with latitudes in decimal degrees: 25.67

column named 'timestamp' with timestamp in format: 2021-05-07T15:45:09

etc
