Improving classification for bunker vessels shown on the map

When uploading data to GFW map through either reference layers or environmental layers if the data is in a format that isn't correct for upload there is very limited information to debug this. Added an example image of an unhelpful error message. Desired performance would be a message which explicitly identifies the data collumns or formatting issues to empower the user to debug this. With a link to the user guide which provides clear guidance with examples. If a user has uploaded tracks, the user should be able to click on individual tracks and see the ID/name for that individual track. In certain cases, there are too many colors to be able to use the legend
